How do your shirts and hoodies fit?
Most of our shirts and hoodies have a relaxed, roomy cut with a dropped shoulder. Each product page lists the sizes and the fit for that piece.
What are they made of?
Most pieces are soft, thick cotton. You'll find the exact fabric on each product page.
How long does it take to get my order?
Every piece is made to order just for you, so please allow 3 to 7 business days for it to be made and packed. Once it ships, delivery in the US usually takes 3 to 4 business days.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8, and it's free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. After your order ships, it usually takes 3 to 7 business days to Canada, 6 to 8 to Europe, 4 to 8 to Japan, 2 to 14 to Australia, and 10 to 20 to most other countries. Customs fees and import duties aren't included in your order total.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, take a quick look in your spam folder.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn and unwashed with the tags still on. Email us with your order number first and we'll send you instructions. Once your return is approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items, gift cards and custom pieces can't be returned. Orders shipped to the EU can be returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We don't do direct exchanges. The quickest way is to return the item and place a new order for the size you need.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. If it's our mistake, we'll replace it at no charge.
What does SIGNUMX mean?
Signum is Latin for sign, and the X is the cross. Together they make the Sign of the Cross, the first prayer most of us ever learned. If you'd like to know more about it, we wrote a short guide to the Sign of the Cross.
Who is behind SIGNUMX?
We're a small group of Catholics in California, making apparel since 2017 for men who want to carry their faith with them every day.
