Return Policy
We stand behind every piece. If something's off, reach out — we'll handle it.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After that window, we're unable to accept returns.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with tags still attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
We can't accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
How to Start a Return
Email us at signumxco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send anything back without hearing from us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Once approved, you'll receive instructions on where and how to send your item back.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at signumxco@gmail.com. We'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized pieces
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order for the size or style you need — that's the fastest way to get what you want.
European Union Orders
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add additional delays.
