Shipping Policy

Every piece is made to order. That means your item goes through production before it ships — no warehouse sitting, no mass stock. Built for you, then sent to you.

Production & Handling

Allow 3–7 business days (Mon–Fri) for your order to be produced, packed, and prepared for shipment. This happens before it ever touches a carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, standard delivery estimates are:

  • 🇺🇸 USA — 3–4 business days
  • 🇨🇦 Canada — 3–7 business days
  • 🇪🇺 Europe — 6–8 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia — 2–14 business days
  • 🇯🇵 Japan — 4–8 business days
  • 🌍 International — 10–20 business days

These are estimates. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout. No surprises. We don't offer free shipping unless it's part of an active promotion.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are your responsibility. Check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before reaching out.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, we are not responsible for stolen mail. File a police report and send us a copy — we'll do what we can.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier.

If you entered an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us and reshipment costs are on you. Same goes for unclaimed packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Email us within 7 days of receiving your order if something arrived damaged or wrong. Include photos and your order number. If it's our error, we'll replace it — no charge.
