Shipping Policy Every piece is made to order β€” produced, packed, and shipped specifically for you. No warehouse. No pre-made stock.

Production & Handling Allow 3–7 business days (Mon–Fri) for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. This happens before it ever touches a carrier.

Shipping Rates Standard shipping is $8.00. Free on orders $70 or more. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.00.

These are estimates. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are not included in your order total and are your responsibility.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Check your spam folder before reaching out.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, we are not responsible for stolen mail. File a police report and send us a copy β€” we'll do what we can.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If you entered an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us and reshipment costs are on you. Same goes for unclaimed packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders Email us within 7 days of delivery if something arrived damaged or wrong. Include photos and your order number. If it's our error, we'll replace it at no charge.
